It is a single-tier turntable from mDesign: a clear, shatter-resistant plastic platform about 9 inches across and 3.4 inches tall, with a raised fluted edge that keeps bottles and jars from sliding off. Steel ball bearings let it rotate a full 360 degrees, so items at the back of a shelf come to the front with a turn.

At 9 inches, this size is made for tighter spaces: upper kitchen cabinets, which are usually about 12 inches deep, narrow pantry shelves, bathroom vanities and countertops. Care and Limitations
Not dishwasher safe. mDesign recommends cleaning it with mild soap and water.
Single tier. It holds one layer of items. Tall bottles near the edge can tip if you spin it fast, so keep the heaviest items toward the center.
Smooth shelves. If the turntable slides on a glass or laminate shelf, a non-slip liner underneath holds it in place. The Copco non-skid lazy susan is an alternative with a rubber base.
